After installing the Windows 8 Developer Preview, I see four major changes:
The Explorer got the (in my oppinion better) Ribbon UI -
[link]The Taskmanager got completely redone -
[link]And the startmenu is now completely tablet-oriented (which I guess I'll have to get used to) -
[link]Also, the "new hardware found" screen got a Metro UI -
[link]The whole system seems a bit faster though I haven't really tested it "live", only in a virtual box.
Powerusers, who rely on the startbutton -> search option won't get disappointed because it still works pretty quickly and is just included into the metro UI.
